The Yay Blockbuster kicks off and tonight the screen belongs to a masked guardian and the grinning anarchist hell-bent on breaking him. The city is on its knees: a clown-faced mastermind has rigged two ferries to blow at midnight – one packed with ordinary citizens, one with hardened criminals – and handed each boat the trigger to the other. His bet? That when the clock runs down, terrified people will do anything to save their own skin, proving everyone is just one bad day away from madness. The masked guardian is wagering his life on the opposite – that the soul of the city is worth saving.
